Pregnancy Relaxation Classes - suitable for first and subsequent births
 
Venue: Spencers Wood Day Nursery, RG
 
A relaxing and friendly pregnancy relaxation class taught by one of our wonderful FEDANT accredited Birth & Parent Coaches. This class is the perfect opportunity to have a dedicated time to practice relaxation techniques that will benefit your pregnancy and beyond. You will learn a bit more about preparing for birth and have time to meet and connect with other expectant mums. 
 
Price: £10 per session or block book all 4 sessions for £35
